Shipping policy

Jewelry deserves to arrive beautifully and without stress, so we handle every shipment with the same care we put into our pieces. From the moment you place an order on Stella Livida, our goal is to make the delivery experience feel smooth, thoughtful, and easy to navigate.

We currently ship within Ireland. Delivery fees are fully covered by us, so the only thing you’ll see at checkout is the jewelry you selected—nothing extra. Each order is packed with attention to detail before it leaves our studio.

How long does it take?
We prepare most orders within 1–2 business days. This includes quality checks, careful packaging, and handover to our delivery partners.

Once your parcel is on its way, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. In most cases, the full journey from purchase to arrival is completed within 4–9 business days.

Our daily cut-off time is 2 PM (GMT+00:00) GMT+00:00 (Dublin), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

After dispatch, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. You can follow your parcel step-by-step until it reaches your address. While deliveries typically stay within the expected timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to busy seasons or unforeseen logistics. If anything slows your shipment, we’ll keep you informed.
