At Stella Livida, we want every piece of jewelry you choose to feel special. If something isn’t quite right when your order arrives, we’re here to help. Our return process is designed to be simple, clear, and reassuring, so you can shop with ease.
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We do not charge restocking fees.
To begin a return, email your order number and a short description of the issue to info@stellalivida.com Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can follow the parcel back to us.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when contacting us and we will arrange it for you.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete the transfer.
